Characterized by tiny bumps  that give a sandpaper type of texture to the skin.  

 

Low-grade squamous neoplasm characterised by an exophytic nodule.

Showing central ulceration and a pearly, rolled, telangiectatic tumor border.  

 

Seen here as a hyperkeratotic crusted and somewhat eroded plaque on the lower lip.

Kaposi's sarcoma   Mycosis fungoides 

 

In a patient with AIDS demonstrating patch, plaque, and tumor stages.  

 

Is a cutaneous T cell lymphoma, and palque stage lesions are seen in this patient.

Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma   Metastatic carcinoma

 

Involving the skin with typical violaceous, "plum-colored" nodules.  

 

Characterised by inflammatory, often ulcerated dermal nodules.
