Is a  bacterial infection of hair follicles, seen as erythematous follicular papules and pustules.

Streptococcal infection of the superficial dermis.  

 

Grouped vesiculopustules on an erythematous base.

Seen as hemorrhagic vesicles and pustules grouped in a dermatomal distribution.  

 

Characterized as multiple hyperkeratotic verrucous papules.
